Hi, Can anyone help with how to create a raised image from a single 2d image like this :

I have a picture of my girlfriends horses head i want to use which i can put into solidworks, how can i raise it and model it to look like these ? or is it not possible ?

I'm sure someone can help, but that person will be more likely to find your question if you use a subject that piques their intereste, e.g.
Raised Image?
Red Flag your message. In the dialog box, ask that the subject line be changed, to whatever you like.

I'm working from memory, but I think there is an 'emboss' or similar command in SW.
Try running through the tutorials dealing with surfacing of, e.g. plastic molds.

the thingverse one is the sort of thing im after, i want to mill my own custom images. ive just created one and ill see if it will open in solidworks now
