Hello Friends: I am actually looking for any information regarding the part A.E.G. POWERBLOCK DD106N1200K; from the most minimal and basic. I understand that there may be parts which can be substituted in lieu of this piece, but I would like to try using it for the moment.

The former AEG semiconductor site in Warstein now belongs to
Infineon. I assume this is the basic type you are searching for:

You can replace a 1200 V part by a 1400 V part without concerns.
