You might find some useful references here. Most books on dam construction will include sections on RCC.

Hokie, I could be wrong but I suspect the OP is referring to RC design (Reinforced Concrete). I have seen the term RCC used for that in some parts of the world. I believe it stands for Reinforced Cement Concrete, but perhaps the OP will clarify for us precisely what he does mean.

Actually, I suspected that as well, but acronyms are a pet peeve of mine, and as far as I am concerned, there is no such thing as Reinforced Cement Concrete.

British standard BS8110 which deals with reinforced concrete structure is withdrawn and replaced by Eurocode 2.
