Can I open CATIA drw in NX drafting?

So I was given a CATIA drawing (.CATDrawing) and I need to edit and/or copy/paste some text.

Is there a way to convert or open CATIA drawing in NX8.0 drafting and edit the drawing?
My compony has some sort of 'converting licence' that we use to convert/open catia models in NX all the time.

if you go to:
File -> Open
then go to the pull-down under File Type
You will find Catia files listed
then close your eyes and open the file up and see what you get

no and yes
by default you cannot open a catdrawing, but siemens can offer tools to do this.
