To get an answer, you need to be more explicit,

Explicit !!!!
Please , if you have a certain questioner , you can ask me directly

Is this going to be made to some Code or Standard?

TEMA CLASS R , I have a big no. Off commercial brass plates CU 200 with very good price. I want to purchase them.
As usual our company uses Copper for baffles. What i want to know if commercial brass as a material with all his properities is accepted to use in baffles.
If yes , what is the temp. Limit. ?
Knowing that i take into consideration the thk. Limit acc. To spacing and shell I.D.

I don't think there are any restrictions on baffle materials in TEMA. Even plastics and composite materials are sometimes used.

As far as the temperature limit goes, even though the baffles are non-Code, non-pressure-containing items I would be conservative and limit the max allowable temperature to the maximum material design temperature per the Code of Construction and I'd confirm with a metallurgist that this is acceptable.

Dear cheristine74 ,
Thanks for your help

From my experience the limitation of copper baffles in heat exchangers are only tubes and shell materials, if these last are far from copper in galvanic table.
