After an olive oil leak, there is a party stating that vegetable oil will damage concrete/masonry that is 40 years old.
Can acids from bio-organic compounds (olive oil) damage concrete/cement?

Far less than 40 years of the previous exposure, but bonding something to the wall could be a problem. "Bio" is not either good or bad, but can cause problems.

some source says that vegetable oils deteriorate into carboxyl acid derivatives, and THAT acid MAY damage concrete. As a consultant I kinda need a good source to reference. thanks all

I don't know about damage, unless you consider the rancid smell of old oil to be damage.
