I have the same problem as this after a windows upgrade (to windows 10 from windows 7)
Unfortunately in the thread there is no solution posted
Basically if I load a drawing I can only see some text and some dimensions
I can see all the text and dims whilst panning and zooming but they disappear when I take my finger off the mouse
I know there is a difference in catia in how it displays certain fonts whilst moving so its the stationary display that is being affected
I've tried updating the graphics card drivers and several different versions of graphics card drivers
I've also tried re-installing catia
Also tried V5r19, v5r24 and V5r28 they all do the same on this machine.
I don't know if Mr styleruk managed to solve the problem
