can you add attribute from a material?

I would like to know if I define a material in a material library, is there anyway to get information from it like youngs modulus (E)

The only attribute which is automatically created when assigning a Material is the name of the material, as both a Part attribute and an Object attribute assigned to the selected body. As for any specific material specification itself, while these are stored in the material library and this library item is referenced by the body, you would need to use an NX Open application to read that information into the part file and save it as a user defined Attribute.
