I thought F1852 covered all tension control bolts. Is there a separate spec for the equivalent A490 tension control bolts? Upvote 0 Downvote

Oct 18, 2011 #6 WillisV Structural Apr 24, 2005 1,352 Yep, F2280 are A490TC bolts. The 14th manual now groups bolts into "A" and "B" Groups with "A" being A325 equivalent (A325, F1852, A354 Grade BC, and A449), and Group "B" being A490 equivalent (A490, F2280, A354 Grade BD). Upvote 0 Downvote
