Or are they only available in A325?

Ok, I was confused because AISC 13th Edition listed F1852 (tension-control) bolts as having the same ultimate stresses as A325.

I thought F1852 covered all tension control bolts. Is there a separate spec for the equivalent A490 tension control bolts?

Yep, F2280 are A490TC bolts. The 14th manual now groups bolts into "A" and "B" Groups with "A" being A325 equivalent (A325, F1852, A354 Grade BC, and A449), and Group "B" being A490 equivalent (A490, F2280, A354 Grade BD).
