Hi All

I have not been capable of creating a flat pattern of a "u-profile" with a bend on each sides.
The final product is supposed to be made from a flat piece of steel with cutouts for bends to have sides bended 90° and the profile bended 15° before welding the gabs left from cuts.
I have tried to create the part in many different ways but I just cannot get the final result that i need. Atleast not without making separate parts that are semi-finished only for the purpose of making a flat pattern.

I have attached .prt of the part as it should be in final state(cannot create flat pattern) that is made only in NX Sheet Metal.
And some pictures to visualize the issue. All in the zip folder
Sugd_bendingorder is a flat pattern created from a separate part and "proof" that it is possible to create such geometry in real life.
Issue_bend show the "u-profile" before the bend at the cut-out that I suspect is creating the error in NX. Since the "bended" surface is broken by the cut-out.
Bending_line visualizes how the bend is made on different sides of the "u-profile"
FlatSolid is how far I managed to force NX to unbend the profile.

Hope someone can help me find the right way to make this part in a way that NX can create flat pattern for me :)
