Can't return to Modeling application once I enter Drafting

I am using NX 7.5. I can start a new model with no problems but when I switch to the Drafting application I am stuck. When I click on "Start" in UG, the only thing that shows up is Gateway so I can't get back to the actual model. I don't really know if it is a computer problem or if it is a setting in UG that I am missing. I am using the same license as most other people in the company are but I am the only one having this issue. Any ideas? Thanks.

Perhaps your menu has been customized to remove some useful stuff. To get it back (while in drafting), right click in the blank space of the toolbar area and select customize; right click on your start button and choose add/remove buttons, add check next to modeling (and any other applications you want access to).
