Can't set up drill movement for simulation

Hi, I am trying to implement a drilling simulation in Abaqus 2024
Everything seems to be set up correctly, but the drill bit simply does not move
Probably some error with load, but I have not been able to identify it

Can you share the .inp file and/or some screenshots with BC symbols ? I can't open this in Abaqus now.

- don’t set Nlgeom to No for this kind of analysis
- don’t fix the whole plate, just its sides or back face
- add general contact to the model

It seems to be a matter of units. The material data is in the SI(m) system but the geometry is in mm (unless the drill bit is 100 m long). You should make sure that velocities are in the correct units as well. Currently, it's 0.002 (m/s ?) for translational velocity and 0.02 (rad/s) for rotational one. The rotation is visible in the results but not the translation.
