Cantilevered beam design process

I am an E.I. with a design process question. I'm sizing two paired 14' cantilevered C Channel's. They are to be used in place of a single I beam on either side of the column. I'm considering them independently. Both are laterally braced (flooring), with 20'spacing(Lu)before the cantilever. The loads are not excessive (650 lbf/ft) but the Lu seems to be my controlling feature.

Without software, what would be the best design method? Can I use Allowable Uniform Load Tables with a cantilevered beam?
