capacitor configuration

can someone help me understand the factors to consider when deciding capacitor configuration (delta, wye, double wye, grounded vs. ungrounded, etc) for a 69kV, 15MVAR correction on a bus feeding three 69/4kv, 45MVA, delta/wye transformers? thanks!
