Why are you asking this question again? TVP answered it for you in thread78-45950. All of the companies he linked produce carbon-carbon composites.

They all only do for high production, and aero products.

You need to specify your requirements if you expect to get help. Carbon-carbon composites are so expensive to produce that it will be a challenge to get a product from other than the current established, large C-C composite manufacturers.

ATK-Thiokol also produces carbon-carbon, mainly for solid rocket motor nozzles. They will do custom work however. A contact is john_purvis@atk.com (801-251-3468)
