Carbon Equivalent of X65 piping

I need a calculation template for X65 piping. I found a calc for carbon piping but I do not think it is calculating the correct CE for X65 piping.

a template of sorts... Haven't checked the CE of the last two items to see where they fall.

Pcm is used for microalloyed steels such as X65.
