Carbon fiber material

I want to use carbon fiber tubes in my construction but I don't know how to add them. I know I'll have to add them as anisotropic, but I can't find these values. For example I want to use these tubes:

Is there some sort of database where we can find these information?
And when I'm able to find the values, how do I specify the material assignment in NX 9.0? Shouldn't I need to specify which way the fibers are directed?

Dear MarkosMark,

The Carbon Fiber tube (shown in image), has a different weft and warp, which is still not possible to specify in NX. By default you can add anisotropic carbon fiber and then form an assembly using CAE. This is the best you can do. For mechanical properties use:

Dear MarkosMark,

You need to have a deformation matrix (Hooke's Law). The elements are elastic tensors. The values can be found in any research paper dealing with carbon fiber at Meso-Scale.
