Carlson Software?

I was at an equipment show in Milwaukee yesterday as a guest of a friend. While walking around I ran across a company, Carlson Software, that produces some engineering programs for surveying, hydro & storm sewer, highway design and earthwork calcs. It is interfaced with AutoCAD. I'm just wondering if any of you have ever heard of them or use their software and how they compare to other available software. Their home office is in Maysville, KY. and here is their website:

I use Carlson SurvCadd. I think it is quite competetive with Autocad Land Desktop or other civil packages. Their have very good technical support. I have not used Land Desktop, but those here who have say that each has some strengths and weaknesses compared to the other.
