Carrier HAP Program

Does anyone out there know the correct format for adding weather simulation data to Carrier HAP 3.2 ? My problem is this :

I am trying to do a weather simulation for a building in Tallahassee, Florida. I can't seem to find the weather simulation data file for this location that came with my software. I downloaded the TMY data file (.bin) from the DOE website, but when I try to load this into HAP I get an error. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Try Hap 4.5 this release will give you the correct simultions.
