im designing case for outdoor antenna
It should stand wind forces and temperature from Khartoum to Alaska and UV degradation
the antenna size is 60x60x10 cm
what the recommend material for this application?
what the appropriate wall size for the antenna case?

Wall thickness of 1.8 to 2.25 should be good enough. But to provide a good strength, have integral ribs outside the box. The more closed ribs, more strength to the case.
