Hi.

I want to use the SUBCOM option to define a combined loadcase. (see
However, the optionbutton is grayed out:

We're talking about a static analysis here.

I hope you can help me! It would save me a lot of time, everytime I edit a load definition I have to define the combined loads all over again.

Cheers

Hello!,
For Linear Static Analysis in NX Nastran, you have the choice of creating a “Standard Case” or a “SUBCOM”, which is a combination of other Subcases defined in your model.
You can use the SUBCOM command to create new subcases by combining other subcases. If not subcases exist, then SUBCOM is grayed.

I got it! I did not have any subcases defined. I also just found out you can create a new subcase without the multiset command.

Thank you!

So I have another question now:

Is it possible to run te analysis and only get output sets from selected cases?

See image below. I only want ALS and SLS output, I do not want the analysis to run case 1 to case 4. However, I do not think I can delete case 1 to case 4? Because the Subcoms use this cases?

Thank you in advance!
