CATDUAV5 not working from File/Desk option

Catia V5R15 - When I select File/Desk and Right click to run CATDUAV5 the panel comes up, but the MORE>>> option panel does not display. When I run the program to clean the model it responds with a message no errors detected. CATDUAV5 run from Tools Utility will show many errors on the same file. Some other users are able to run this from File/Desk and get the MORE>>> option panel to work and the errors to show up.
