Cathodic Protection water line under 115kV

Does anyone have any good articles, or links to basics of cathodic protection of ductile iron water pipe running perpendicular under a 115kV transmission overhead right of way??

If the water line is perpendicular to the 115 kV line, I would expect no induced voltage or current problems.
