Hi,

I have a CATPart (Clamp), shown in the picture bellow:

This component is part of a product assembly.
I do not know why, but I can't see the Clamp in the Assembly.
If I double click on Pad.1 in Assembly, I see just a "shadow" representation of the real feature(located in the yellow circle area):

I have "All visible" under Visualization Filter.
Tools (lower bottom area) have the current solid active and the Clamp should be shown.
What's going on, where am I wrong?
It looks like a loading matter.......

Thank you

Ive had a similar problem. I will be editing a sketch and all of a sudden, all the sketch geometry goes hidden. I've also had this happen with the solids in a catpart. The only way Ive found to get the solid/geometry to re-appear is to close the file and re-open it. I didn't experience the red dashed outline though. Frustrating for sure.

I've seen things like this periodically; seems to be some kind of minor corruptions in the file. Usually some combination of CATDUA (on the parent assembly or assemblies), or close and reopen, or video driver updates, makes it go back to normal.

Activating/Deactivating part may help as well .

TudorM.
I will double check your suggestion.
Thanks for your reply.

Eureka (Evrika)!
TudorM was right.
Activating/Deactivating part solved my issue. His suggestion worked in my case.

Thanks a lot, Tudor!

Tudor,
Can you give us an explanation of what Activating/Deactivating does (in general) and in this particular case?

Thank you

What you see is what i see , it deactivates the part's geometry and activate's back , sorry do not know more about this .

No problem Tudor.
Your reply solved my issue and, most likely would help other users as well.
