CATIA - Design Table - Point Creation

I would like to create a point
Using the above point as origin create a circle
Export the xyz of the point as design table
And when x,y and z is modified in the excel sheet, it has to be update automatically
how to do this?

create 3 parameters (length) as X, Y and Z

create point with x=X, y=Y and z=Z

create plane offset passing to new point

create circle on new plane with center on new point

do the design table with the 3 parameters XYZ

when excel file is sync with CATIA, the geometry will need an update.
