Hello, let the yellow arc be the surface I want to offset, and the red box be the limit (cannot be modified). Is it possible to offset the arc with a constant default value, and decrease it locally in order to get a variant offset something like the pink shape. Is there a way to do so using macros? Like using a function to avoid any clash with other parts? or something like a loop that goes along an axis with a constant step, and decide the offset(between 0 and the default value) based on the constraints?
Any thoughts guys?

I tried that using Boolean remove since I am dealing with a product, but it doesn't work with a surface, it actually removes all the offseted surface.
I think now about two solutions:
- Use of thickness instead of offsetting, then remove shall work properly.
- Creating a new sketch where I offset the wider surface, and then create equidistant points on the offset arc, and here I need to detect points clashing/intersecting with the red box so I can reposition them and recreate a new spline linking the points, then I can extrude it. Do you know how I can detect the concerning points? Btw, the final spline will not surely look like the pink shape I drew.

Nope, I would do this in surfacing. Surfacing is almost always more robust and update-able.

1. Extract the surface off of the red block.
2. Publish the surface you extracted in step 1.
3. 'Paste Special' : 'As Result with Link' the surface from the red block into the part that you are doing the surfacing work.
4. Use a 'Trim' operation to combine the offset surface with the referenced/pasted surface.
