CATIA P3 Error???

I have CATIA V5R8, and I just recently went into the options, and selected the option P3 (when it was previously on P2). I wanted to see what the difference would be....however, when I did so, and restarted CATIA, I am getting the following screen:

I don't know what to do about this! I cannot seem to do anything, and my CATIA has been crippled. I can't do a single thing! I don't even have my menu bar at the top. When I right click on the tree, nothing happens. I can use the manual commands in the bottom right, but I don't know the syntax for any manual commands.

How would I be able to get my P2 version back??

Any help would be appreciated!!

P3 Requires one of the product licenses for a product that is within the P3 categories. To get directly to the options menu enter the following line on the command prompt.
"C:\Program Files\Dassault Systemes\B08\intel_a\code\bin\CATOptionsMgt.exe"
If you have place CATIA in some other place this command will need to be edited. I hope this helps you out of the pickle you are in.
