CATIA Portable Script Center v2.0 5

One of my friends (I like to consider him as a friend), asked me where can be found the latest version of CATIA Portable Script Center. This rings me a bell and I found that a lot of places where I've uploaded the file have links broken...

So here it is again, you need to download the 7zip archive, unzip, and change the extension from txt to chm. If you will open and see nothing inside, you will need to go to file properties and check the Unblock box or you can Google and see how can be done.
