CATIA shows runtime Exception Error after created new CATSetting folder in %AppData%

I'm using multiple version of CATIA,
setting are collapse frequently, so I have changed the CAT setting path inside the :C:\ProgramData\DassaultSystemes\CATEnv

Now new setting folder are created but, when try open Option > Setting > Drafting, it gives error.
I could not able to open the existing drawing as well,
even i tried to copied old setting files to new setting files folder.

I resolved the issue by restoring the config files with proper permissions in the below location.
C:\ProgramData\DassaultSystemes\CATEnv\
