I would try to run first a CATDUAV on product DS-L494-071502-P00001-19 and all his children (first on children if possible). Still, check Abend trace file (generated in the CATTemp directory, if I remember correctly), this file contains some useful information. You have for that user two files (like AbendTrace_raza.abbas_d218_h17m55_0.txt), maybe you can see other info.
You are working with a CATIA release which is not supported anymore by DS and even more, you are working with an unsupported OS for that release. So, things like this can happen...you can report to DS but you will not get any answer from them.
It seems to be only about v6.I am uploading one more error log file here from the same user.Please do let me know if you have any clues on this.By the way the driver version is 347.52 ( NVDIA quadro 5000 ).
Thanks for the quick reply.No,we did not try to open the file in a higher version.the user is trying to open the files in both local and from tce.the particular machine has been having the trouble for long in regards to CATIA termination.any thing with the hardware?
I don't read abend file. I actually just sent my dump file to DS support... and I'm waiting for feedback. they know what to look for.
if other users on other computers don't have the problem, then it's not a CATIA problem.
if only 1 user has problem on several computers then it might be in user profile, temp files (or it's the user)...
if any user have problem on only 1 computer, then it might be computer setup or hardware. it might then just be faster/easier to reinstall OS or re image computer...

Any idea why this issue might happen in several users ( not at the same time ) but in different instances.might be due to any windows updates in the server or any antivirus updates in the client machines? any ideas?
