Catia user companion

Dear Friends,

When ever I tried to run Catia user companion for self trainning ,it takes me to the following webpage
C:\Program Files\Dassault Systemes\B15\intel_a\resources\galaxy\default.htm
But nothing happened so you all requested to let me know how can I do my this trainning.Hope to hear from you guys.Thanks

You may have some problems using the Help docs, depending on your settings for java and pop-ups. (and possibly activeX)

What browser are you using? What type of security software do you have in place? (Norton, McAfee, etc...)

I have java installed on my computer.Can you please advcie what kind Java setting I have to do in order to run catia companion.Appreciate your help.Thanks

It's not the java setting, per se - but rather what your browser/security application will allow. (in the way of java settings)

I can't tell you for sure. You may have to just add the help docs as a "trusted site". That's a pretty generic answer, but I don't know your specifics, so I can't answer better.

I'd like to be able to help you with this, but I don't know what your setup is. You should contact your administrator about this.

What I can tell you, is that I've had similar problems in the past, so I know what you are describing.
