catia v 5 training book 3

i was curious if anybody happens to know where i can get a catia v5 training book also any suggestions on which book would help me learn this system,i have been using ug now for about 10 years and i have acess to a catia v5r13 station but i would like to get a training book,so any help would be appreciated
