Hello all. I am having a problem with the display on V5. The specification tree(f3) does not appear on the screen at all. The scroll bar is all that shows when toggling with f3. Also, if I click and drag in the draw area the window that it creates stays on the screen untill I pan or do something else. Seems like a display problem. I have a GeForce FX5200 adapter and have the most recent driver fron Nvidia. Anybody have any ideas as to what could be causing this?

try this, if F3 doesn't do it:

click the axis (lower-right corner) to make the tree active (model geometry should dim), and click the FIT-ALL-IN icon to fit the tree to the screen.

If that doesn't work, click the axis again and click the FIT-ALL-IN again.

After you get the tree back, click the axis to make the model active

Did you try switching to the tree and doing a 'fit all in'?

Click the little axis located in the bottom right of the screen, and do the 'Fit all in'.

I haven't bothered to check, but is that a supported video card?

Thanks a lot guys for the responses. Clicking the icon in the bottom right and then clicking fit all it worked. I am kinda new at this and am sorta trying to teach myself some basic catia stuff. I am a Mechanical Desktop designer by trade. Kinda hard to learn anything in V5 without the tree. Again, thanks a million, you were all very helpfull.
