Catia V5 Icons Disappearing

How would I recover disappearing icons?
Specifically my chamfer/fillet icon disappears.
Any suggestions?

Try Tools->Customize->Toolsbars and press Restore all contents. Or you can delete your Catia settings.

after You finished customizing icons just mark your catsettings read only...

I have had the same issue with disappearing icons. Restoring your contents is fine as long as you haven’t customised your tool bars.

The best way I have found is to get the layout of your tool bars and icons as you like them and then take a copy of your CATSettings then when they move or disappear again just copy them back.

i would setup an environment with default catsettings... you can easily share the environment with other users.

and clean usercatsettings when they are corrupted. (after closing catia)

find out about settings up env. in the forum or in the online doc.
