CATIA V5 performance running on WIN7

The workstation I use recently was reimaged from XP to WIN7. After just a few hours I noticed the performance decreased overall. In general everything seems to take a bit longer to execute. Am I imagining this? Does anyone else have this problem?

I'm using Catia V5 Release 21 x64 on Windows 7 x64 and don't notice any speed problems after using various iterations of V5 on XP for many years. In fact maybe the opposite ... we only just recently moved up to R21 and I swear it's a little quicker but that's also probably in my mind.

No, shouldn't be like this, Win 7 is managing resources better then XP without any doubt.

Has to be related with something else. Did you switch from one CATIA version to another one ? This can cause some problems till all parts will do the reconciliation with the new version.
