Catia V5 R19 not compatible with R20

Hi!
I made some parts and products in Catia V5 R20 at home, but in school we have R19, and I can't open them. Do you know if there is a way to make this possible, or convert the files somehow? I really do not want to do the parts all over again

doubt it, that was always the case with future versions. export as stp and import them, but they will be only dumb solids.

I think there is a possibility of backward compatibility, but I've never managed to make it work (CATIA reports some problem with the licence, even though it was perfectly legal/educational copy of v5r19)... Go to Tools>Utilities>DownwardCompatibility (it says it can save compatible down to v5r6)

no but i guess you should download a "home" copy of R19
