Is CATIA V5 R27 already released? Where I can find the new enhancements?

My Catia supplier told me that catia v5 r2017 is allready released. He was unable to tell me anything about the new things on it. Anyone nows what's new? I know that the main product of dassault is 3d experience. But I always like the news.

hey ferdo how is the cloud version compared to the installed program?
does it run as a program or in Chrome/ MS Edge?

both... CATIA is a local App and Enovia is Web based

I have received an email from my catia supplier, that tells me that from now on, dassault won't sent us anymore the dvd's. We will have an access account to their website, were we can make the download. Finally dassault did something good, Siemens has this for years.

Really. Dassault sends link to our Catia support in Israel and then they send it to us.

Tiago, is really weird, I already installed the R27 on my laptop but on DS website latest release is R26 [bigsmile] . So, I'm using R27 and I know that there are 18 Enhanced Products and 80 GA External Highlights in Drafting& & 3D Master, Shape, Infrastructure, Mechanical, Resources Programming.

For the time being I don't have so much time but I will try to give more details....

I use R27 already for a week. BTW Ferdo downloaded from DS Website. Could you please upload what's new.

Of course I downloaded also from DS website few days ago but I didn't have time to post here [smile] . Anyway, something went wrong on my side because after that I wanted to use regserver command for R27 and 3DEx didn't allow me to do this...error in registry...so I uninstalled all V5 and V6 releases (except 3DEx) and install only R27, now everything is OK.

I have to ask for what's new file [smile].

Hey Tiago,

i've seen a couple of your threads regarding Catia, NX and Creo (that you are looking for the best solution...). what do you think of catia vs NX with regards to productivity, ease of use, product advancement...
also how is catia for drawing production? i think it lags quite a lot but i haven't used it for production, only for simple drawings at home.
