CATIA V5 R29 very long loading time

Hi

I have to work with a medium size assembley ( in terms of parts and products ) and it happen that Catia get stuck loading for 1 hour when I exit from the scene creation environment.
My PC is an HP zbook with ssd, 16 gb of ram ( that anyway doesn't get full occupied), professional graphics and an intel i7.
Is there something that I can do about it?

Update GPU drivers, install latest hotfixes

My Catia version is R29 Service pack 5 hotfix 6, the GPU driver aren't old ..anyway it's not a problem related to the movement of the solid model, it happens when it updated the views, when it pass from the scene module to the assembly environment or if I swtich between different assemblies inside Catia.

I have seen long time before... can you use CATDUAV5 to "clean" files? I am thinking about link problem here... also can you share some onfo about your assembly size? number of file? instances?

I have run CatDUA, it has found out 1500 errors and it has corrected them anyway I still have some situations when it takes a lot of time loading, for example I have run an inertia measure and it stays 1 hour and half before complete the process.

It's not a matter of release, it depends on a lot of other things...your network configuration, processes on your workstation, relations between parts, links...there are several pdf which explains how to handle big assemblies

I experience terrible performance occasionally(slow loading, poor 3D visual quality,extremely slow response). I discovered V5 sometimes hooks to the integrated GPU in my laptop instead of the discrete GPU. I have V5 forced onto the quadro card in nvidea control panel. but you can see in the pic below my intel UHD card is doing the work when I just pan a fairly simple catdrawing around...
