Catia v5 Sheet metals bending 1

Hi everyone, Im trying to represent the figure attached here in Catia v5 r19. Ive been trying to use the generative sheetmetal design module and then I create the flat sheet (as its shown in the right part of the file) with the Wall tool.

The problem is while trying to bend 30º both parts of the 2 sheets joined. Using bend from flat tool Im only able to bend one of the two pieces of the joined sheets. And if I try to bend the other too, Im getting errors or white space is generated between them - its being impossible for me to keep them together after blend, or bending both at the same time...

I really appreciate some kind of help of suggestion of how could I represent this piece....

please upload 3D. maybe in this case it's better to design this part using solid method

I need to correct my explanation, I built it in its flat position using Extrusion Tool not Wall.

Waiting for ideas!!

PD: Im attaching what I could get, but still don't know how to bend both parts together..!

I do not think you can bend this part from flat (but I might be wrong)

here you go. play with a second sketch to perfectly match two flanges (bend line distance). damn B.W.G units
some dimensions are missing on attached picture but you can see it's possible to use bend from flat.
