What is the difference between these releases? I currently have access to release 12 but i beleive there is a release 15 out there,is there much of a difference between the two?
Also, what is a good training manual out there that can be purchased. I am a current ug user and looking to do some self teach. Thanks

Release 12 is 'close enough' for training purposes, especially for the basics that are covered in self-study training manuals.
