CATIA V5R17 Hybrid Design

Just updated to R17 and our help functions are up and running yet.

I'm having a problem creating new parts. I was previously using R14 and when you created a new part file it would prompt you for a name and you could unselect the Hybrid Design function. Now with R17 its going straight to the part, not asking for a name or letting me turn off hybrid design.

How do I shut off hybrid design?
