catia v5r18 sp3 - runtime exception

hi!

im having problems starting catia...

i installed catia v5r18 with no problems...than i installed sp3 also with no problems

when i start catia for the first time, i get message "NO WARM START"

and get message "RUNTIME EXCEPTION" "CLICK OK TO TERMINATE"

can somebody please help me...i belive there is some software issues, but cant determine what...???
