Hi,
Please have a look at the attachement.
I need to create a vertical dimension between the center of the cilinder (B) and the upper arc (A).
How could I get the tangent point on the upper arc?

Thanks!

it is easier with the option turn ON in Tools/ Options / Mechanical Design / Drafting // Manipulators : Move dimension leader ON

download.aspx

Then when you create your dimension, move the mouse horizontally, this will give you vertical dimension:

Have the value in the proper place, then press CTRL, this will lock the dimension line and value position but you can move the mouse to the yellow square (the manipulator):

With CTRL presses move the yellow Manipulator to the position #4 :

Voila!
