Catia warning using AFC

Hello,

I'm using AFC (abaqus for catia).
I have a problem when I submit a job, this message appears :

Catia_warning said:
Input file will not be written correctly.
Assembly of analysis document containing multiple instances of same part is not supported.
Make copies of parts and analyses.

I'm working on a product which children are 3 meshed parts.

Do you know this issue and how to solve it ?
Do you think that I should mesh each part from the product analysis ?
