Do you know of any tool that I can use to copy this curve and paste it slightly underneath it? Reason is I want to create better elements on the leading edge of the prop. The Geom. Editing tool I am using won't be able to do this, it didn't follow the curvature of the highlighted curve.

These are one of the results form successfully running the above analysis. Thank you guys especially @karachun for your wonderful tips in meshing. It help me run without getting stuck by fatal errors. I utilized the geom. preparation tool before creating 2D elements. Doing this step saved me a lot of time without the need to repair any short curves, slivers, bad angled curves manually.

geom. preparation tool was @TG_eng idea
1. Use Geometry->Solid->Slice and slice propeller by plane into 4-5 parts.

2. Run Modify->Break at location and break curves near propeller edge. Use Methods->Along curve or Length Along.

3. Use Meshing toolbox->geometry editing->Point to point to slice surfaces.

4. Now you extract surfaces at blade edge and can refine them - set small mesh size compared to propeller global mesh.

Repeat steps for all propeller parts.
Then you can merge mesh nodes (if they are coincident) or glue propeller parts together.
