From the literature, it was identified that thin rimmed gear teeth deform under high rotational speeds, but There is no literature on the effect of high rotational speeds on solid gears.
What is the effect of high gear tip velocities on gear teeth of solid gears? At what gear tip velocities (linear speed) do the gear teeth deform? At what speeds centrifugal effect is more on solid gears?

there is AGMA calculations for minimum rim thickness, depending on the torque, rpm, and the type of material and heat treat. there is no cookie cutter here, to many variables for a direct answer. the amount of stress and strain will dictate the gear data, and material.
