Centrifugal oil-water separator available in Canada

Has anyone come across a centrifugal oil water separator system capable of separating heavily emulsified oil that is available for sourcing in Canada?

The few I've come across either won't ship to Canada or rely on filter media likely to get heavily clogged up quickly with what we're trying to design for.

For what it's worth, the application is a mining dewatering system, intending to discharge treated water into the environment. Contamination could consist of drips, leaks, ruptures of all sorts. Likely to be heavily emulsified due to pumping over fairly large distances. Peak flow is 50 m3/hr, average flow is likely around 33 m3/hr.
