Can anyone tell away of showing the centroid in a drawing I am able to bring it up in the graphics area using mass. when I use it in the graphics area I don't no were the coordinates are from and its even harder to find when I am in an assembly, it would be a great help this was possible.

If you have SW13 you can use the Insert > Reference Geometry > Center Of Mass tool to place a 'marker' in the model.
In the drawing use the Inset > Model Items function with the Reference Geometry > Center Of Mass option selected.

Dimensions can then be placed from the 'marker' to wherever they are needed.

The mass property gives me the coordinates but I am not sure were from, as its an assembly and there are a few origins and non seem to be close.

That would be the origin of the assembly file. If you were to create a 3D sketch you can insert a point and give it the coordinates. Presto.
