cfd post processor reading error

Hi,

I made a 3d model in ansys icem cfd, then used ansys cfx-pre to set boundary conditions and run cfx-solver which ended converged and with message that solution closed normally and if I want to open post processor. So I clicked yes, but obtained following error:

error reading file D:\....
error reading dateaset G/COMMANDS

any suggestion how to fix it ?
