CFD-simulation procedures for vacuum pump

We want to develop some CFD-simulation procedures for vacuum pump. These pumps are supposed to be used for car brake systems.

It is some challenging to us as there is no book or publication. Does somebody have any knowledge how to find some guidelines?

What do you mean with vapor pressure? Vacuum pump works with air not with liquid.
